Product announcement — Growth Plan is now live
Today, Brokurz is launching the Growth Plan — a new tier designed for brokerages that have moved past five agents but aren't yet operating at the scale of a full Professional setup.
When Brokurz launched, we offered two plans: Starter and Professional. Starter was built for brokerages getting off the ground — one office, up to five agents and staff. Professional was built for established operations running up to twenty-five agents across multiple offices. But a large segment of the market lives in between: brokerages with six, ten, or fourteen agents. Teams that have proven the model, are actively growing, and need a platform that grows with them.
That gap is what the Growth Plan closes.
The Growth Plan gives brokerages room to operate and scale without jumping to a Professional-scale footprint:
Property management can be enabled or disabled from Settings at any time, so it's there when you need it.
If you're on the Starter Plan and have more than five agents — or are actively recruiting past that threshold — Growth is your next step. If you've been evaluating Brokurz and Starter felt too small while Professional felt too large, Growth is the plan that was missing.
Commercial brokerage remains exclusive to the Professional Plan. If your brokerage runs commercial transactions alongside residential and property management, Professional continues to be the right fit — with up to 25 agents and staff, 5 offices, and all three brokerage types fully unlocked.
The Growth Plan is available now. New brokerages can select it during onboarding. Existing Starter subscribers can upgrade from Settings → Billing in the dashboard.
